Because we offer paid financial planning consultations for couples, this policy explains how refunds and cancellations work once you have agreed to a session or package with Pathbase Couples Planning Co., Ltd. (tax ID 0105685454601).
Scope
This policy applies to consulting fees you pay us for couples financial planning sessions. Third-party product fees (for example insurance premiums or fund subscriptions arranged elsewhere) follow those providers’ rules.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: Full refund of any prepaid session fee, or free rescheduling once within 30 days.
- Within 48 hours: Up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded or credited.
- No-show without notice: Prepaid fees may be forfeited for that session; contact us if an emergency prevented attendance.
Durations above are proposed defaults until confirmed in your engagement letter.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days unless banking rules require longer.
Work already delivered
If a written summary or documented deliverable was provided before cancellation, fees for completed work may be non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance for future sessions is refunded.
Deposits
Deposits holding a calendar slot follow the same cancellation windows. Deposits apply to your final invoice unless refunded under this policy.

Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns directly. Consumer protection laws of Thailand may provide additional remedies for qualifying transactions.
